These are the special rates for rooms negotiated for the 2022 Conference.
Rates are inclusive of breakfast & applicable taxes.
100% payment in advance to confirm the booking.
The above room rate is for per night.
Check-in & Check-out time will be 1400 hrs & 1200 hrs respectively.
Early check-in & late check-out will be charged as per hotel policy.
Please also note that if there is any escalation the present tax structure, you would be required to pay the
difference in cash at the venue.
All booking subject to availability at the time of placing the booking.
Amendments & Cancellations Policies
Amendments or Cancellations can be made on or before 20 Oct 2022. After this it will attract to 100% penalty.
No refunds in case of No Show, short stay resulting due to late arrival or early check out.
